Join us for a free Community Coat Swap at the Carroll County Public Library. Come find something warm for yourself or your family. No donation is required to participate!

We’ll have free winter wear for all ages and sizes, including coats, jackets, scarves, hats, gloves, boots, snow pants, and more. Enjoy hot cocoa, coffee, and light refreshments while you browse!

Donations of new and gently used winter wear will be accepted September 1–26.
