Adults have a chance to come to the Carroll County Public Library and enjoy Fall Candle Making! Participants will decorate a candle holder, pour their candle, and will choose their fall scent. Adults must call and register at (276) 236-2042, spaces are limited. All materials are provided, so come out, and enjoy this FREE library program!
