Blueberry picking for Summer Reading families. The library pays for 1 gallon of blueberries per family. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Details and directions provided during registration. We will meet at the blueberry patch!
Deer Haven Blueberry is a u-pickem blueberry farm in Carroll County with an Allisonia address and is close to Hillsville.
Directions: From Hillsville: Take US221N 1.4 miles to Hwy 100. Turn LEFT onto Hwy 100. Go 3.8 miles and turn RIGHT onto Deer Ridge (783) then turn RIGHT onto Mitchell’s Crossroads, continue on for 3.3 miles, then turn RIGHT on Windsong. Go 1 mile then turn RIGHT onto Raven Ridge. The 2nd driveway on the right is the blueberry patch. You will see a sign.
