Come to the Carroll County Public Library and paint a hot air balloon scene on canvas. You MUST call and register at (276) 728-3334 to participate in this paint class hosted by Kassandra Dalton. All materials will be provided for this FREE program.

Third Tuesday of every month, noon to 2pm. Mobile Marketplace is open to EVERYONE. You do not have to sign-up and there are no eligibility guidelines. Simply show up and shop for pantry staples and produce. Some refrigerated items usually available. New and different items every month. Stop by from 12-2pm to check out the selection. Debit, Credit, SNAP/EBT accepted only.

Join us at Foster Falls for an educational program. Participants must register in person at the library and receive a park pass to attend. This program is geared toward all ages.
Adults have a chance to come to the Carroll County Public Library and tie dye! Bring your own shirt, bandana, pillowcase or tote and have fun tie dying! Adults must call and register at (276) 728-3334. Tie die materials will be provided for this program, however, adults MUST bring their own item to tie dye.
